If your company has licensed Beyond Semiconductor IP such as Beyond embedded processor cores or peripherals and you require support on using this IP in your designs, check your licensing agreement for the type and amount of support available to you. Technical support questions should be emailed to techsupportbeyondsemi.com or use the contacts listed in your licensing agreement.

In the unlikely event you should require additional support beyond what is provided in your license, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

Software Support

If your company has licensed Beyond Semiconductor IP such as Beyond embedded processor cores, and you require support on using BA Software Development Kit (BA SDK), check your licensing agreement for the type and amount of support available to you. Technical support questions should be emailed to techsupportbeyondsemi.com, or to one of the contacts listed in your licensing agreement.

In the unlikely event you require additional beyond what is provided in your license, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

Support for customers using licensee implementations of Beyond Semiconductor IP

If your company is designing a Beyond based system in collaboration with a Beyond Semiconductor licensee or you have purchased a Beyond Semiconductor licensee's Beyond-based embedded microcontroller or SoC, then any support requests on these products should be sent to the manufacturer or supplier of the part, rather than Beyond Semiconductor.
